Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL meeting company standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, including adherence to SOPs and planned routes.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (DOT, OSHA, etc.) and maintains electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget and prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset usage and coordinates needed repairs with proper departments.
• Interprets and enforces company policies and safety procedures; collaborates with Sales/Marketing on delivery issues.
• Reviews delivery productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
