Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery operations and safety of Delivery Associates; enforces SOPs and planned routes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies (DOT, OSHA); maintains accurate logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset use and coordinates repairs with relevant departments.
• Reviews delivery productivity and implements efficiency or cost-reduction measures.
• Interfaces with Sales/Marketing to address customer delivery issues and opportunities.
• Maintains communication with associates; conducts pre-shift/department meetings.
• Supports safety initiatives with the Safety department and investigates incidents.
