Qualifications

• Education background as listed: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred in Business/Logistics.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team-mgmt capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, ensuring SOPs and routes adherence.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset usage and coordinates repairs with proper departments.
• Reviews delivery functions and productivity reporting; suggests cost reductions and delivery changes.
• Interprets and enforces company policies, safety protocols, and record-keeping.
