The SR Group is seeking a delivery-focused Recruiter (180-Desk) in New York to identify, engage, and manage top talent across active searches. You will source, screen, and nurture candidates to create strong shortlists for clients, with opportunities to grow into a full 360 role.

You’ll engage candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with consultants to meet role requirements and timelines, delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in agency recruitment or candidate delivery for professional services or financial services.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates across live roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess fit.
