Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• 180 desk ownership in Financial Services or related markets.
• Experience recruiting within Financial Services market preferred.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent sourcing, engagement, and closing capabilities.
• Confident, consultative communicator with a revenue-driven mindset.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple live searches.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a 180 recruitment desk in Financial Services or Professional Services markets.
• Source, engage, and interview in-house legal professionals, including counsel and leadership roles.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments covering technical legal expertise, commercial acumen, and cultural fit.
• Manage processes end-to-end including interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and close.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure best-practice recruitment processes.
• Share market intelligence and hiring insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
