• 3+ years of professional experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.

• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews and complex scheduling.
• Serve as main contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience.
• Support recruiting events and other hiring initiatives from planning to execution.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and recruiting databases.
• Prepare recruiting documents, interview materials, and candidate communications.
• Generate recruiting reports and track hiring activity and metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams throughout the process.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
