Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, with demonstrated 360 desk ownership.
• Proven experience recruiting within law firms and/or professional services organizations.
• Strong understanding of professional services environments, structures, and hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a full 360 recruitment desk within the Professional Services market.
• Develop and manage relationships with law firms and other professional services clients.
• Drive new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and targeted market mapping.
