Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Delivery Director, MiraCloud Implementations, to lead and assure successful MiraCloud deployments for enterprise clients. You will oversee project managers, establish governance, and drive delivery excellence across multiple engagements while focusing on client satisfaction, profitability, and scalable delivery practices.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and executive teams to support growth and sustainable delivery outcomes, leveraging your extensive experience

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, professional services, customer success, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading PMOs, Delivery Managers, PMO teams, or implementation organizations.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale customer implementations and transformations.
• Experience building and scaling delivery governance models and PMO practices.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementations, aligning scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Own customer success and build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Establish and improve delivery governance, processes, and standards.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure delivery performance and profitability align with contracts and business goals.
• Represent MiraCloud in executive discussions, reviews, and escalation management.
• Perform additional duties aligned with the role's purpose.
