TriVerity in Texas is seeking a Collection Representative II to manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts with balances of $2,501 and greater. You will negotiate payments, settlements, and arrangements while complying with FDCPA and company policies.

Strong knowledge of CBR and skip tracing will drive conversations with consumers and help resolve obligations. Role requires 2+ years in collections or sales, and a focus on accurate documentation and continuous improvement through monthly

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years collections or sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Review accounts to determine the next action to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment terms, settlements, or arrangements per guidelines.
• Utilize skip tracing to locate the right parties when necessary.
• Apply credit bureau insights to member discussions.
• Document all account activity accurately and promptly.
