Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to delinquent clients.
• Collect full amounts due or establish payment arrangements.
• Discuss financial status and reasons for non-payment.
• Refer clients to Risk or other areas when appropriate.
• Maintain Debt Manager records with accurate activity logs.
• Negotiate settlements within guidelines and processes.
