Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a call center, banking, credit union, or collections environment.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate payment arrangements with members.
• Experience using AI- or analytics-driven prioritization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and inbound calls to past-due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Review accounts and submit extensions, due date changes, or refinancing recommendations.
• Skip tracing to locate members when contact info is unavailable.
• Document all member interactions and ensure audit-ready records.
• Ensure FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP, and SCRA compliance on every contact.
