Trustco Bank seeks a Collector – Senior Specialist II in Longwood, FL to manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and attention to regulatory compliance. This non-exempt role focuses on advanced collections tasks and portfolio health in a collaborative team environment.

Reporting to the Collections Supervisor, you will coordinate collection efforts, maintain detailed records, and prepare high-level files such as bankruptcy and foreclosure documents with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently and in groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily collection calls and correspondence to notify customers of delinquent accounts and collect deposits, payments, or fees.
• Ensure all interactions comply with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive bankruptcy packets in strict compliance with bankruptcy laws.
• Prepare delinquency letters in compliance with timing requirements and manage foreclosure and judgment files.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date collection records and documentation.
