Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or collections preferred.

• Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to past-due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Assess delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and determine resolution actions.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards.
• Provide options to customers in hardship situations per policy.
• Relay information about interest, statements and account questions.
• Handle overflow calls including disputes, recovery, and bankruptcy inquiries.
• Document notes in required systems and follow procedures.
• Work with team to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
