Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquencies according to company policy. This role handles more complex account questions directed from the customer service team and other representatives.

The position offers a pay range of USD $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Two evening shifts per week (12pm-9pm CST and 10am-7pm CST) and one Saturday shift every five weeks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers facing hardships per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy).
• Document notes in required systems with accuracy and timeliness.
