Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and reach resolution with customers in line with company policy.

The role handles more complex inquiries from the service team, performs outbound calls to delinquent accounts, and processes over-the-phone payments. Strong communication and typing skills are required, with office-based duties and documentation. Shift includes evenings and a quarterly Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service or collections.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve per policy.
• Handle complex account questions from service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
