You will be responsible for labor planning, merchandising, and coordinating with store management to meet budget goals while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise daily operations.
• Strong store operations and merchandising understanding.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and meet safety standards.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
• Lead daily labor planning and coach associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion Strategy and Brand.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted financial and operating results with strong customer focus.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant department appearance and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper use of company tools and proper inventory controls (ACIS) in the department.
