Food Lion in Americus, GA is seeking a Store Deli Bakery HMS Department Lead to support store operations and drive goals. You will supervise HMS associates, manage labor, coach staff, and promote a positive customer experience consistent with our Brand Strategy.

Responsibilities include ensuring department appearance, safety, sanitation, compliance, and accurate adherence to policies while delivering friendly service and helping meet financial targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
