Food Lion in Calhoun, GA is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor to support store operations and lead a team toward achieving budgeted results. You will supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Associates in the absence of the Deli Manager and drive strong customer service and efficiency.

You will manage labor, coach staff to productivity, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with management to meet financial goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for the role.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation or training within 90 days of employment.
