Job summary

The role requires leadership, merchandising knowledge, and strong communication. A high school diploma and Food Safety Manager accreditation are preferred, with training provided for certification within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
• Oversee daily labor planning and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote the brand culture and positive customer experiences.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant department operations and appearance.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and shrink to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
