Food Lion is seeking a dedicated Deli Bakery HMS professional to support store operations and drive financial targets. You will supervise the Deli Bakery HMS team in the absence of the Deli Manager, coach staff for productivity, and promote a positive customer experience aligned with our Brand Strategy.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Certification as Food Safety Manager or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
