• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Model outstanding customer service and use department knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control store expenses through ordering, care for supplies, and equipment.
• Understand and utilize company tools and systems such as ACIS and scheduling.
