Qualifications

• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for specific job function.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation or training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Oversee daily labor management and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote brand culture and customer service.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, prep, and display of merchandise.
• Maintain department appearance, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure schedules support exceptional customer service and staffing needs.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
