Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Deli HMS Supervisor to support store operations and lead deli bakery teams. You will oversee daily labor, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing the Deli Bakery HMS in the absence of the Deli Manager, driving productivity, and helping achieve budgeted financial results while adhering to Food Lion policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, including supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of Deli Bakery HMS Associates
• Daily management of labor (i.e. expected live) and the coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectation
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand Strategy and Culture
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results
• Smile and maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on fast, easy, flexible and friendly customer service
• Role model outstanding, friendly customer service and use skills and knowledge of department products to offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations
