Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor to manage the department in the Deli Bakery HMS, maintain staffing and productivity, and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead by example, coach staff, and uphold food safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and cost control while supporting store goals and brand values. Prior experience in deli or bakery operations is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Associates in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage labor and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Lead store culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support budgeted financial and operating results.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
