Qualifications

• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
• Accreditation as Food Safety Manager within 90 days of employment; maintain while employed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Deli Bakery HMS Associates in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage daily labor and coach staff to meet productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to promote Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial results.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and convenient customer service.
• Model outstanding service and apply product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control expenses through ordering, supplies, and equipment care.
• Use ACIS, scheduling, CAO, and reports to manage operations.
• Ensure department appearance, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Write Deli Bakery HMS schedules to provide excellent service.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, prep, and display of merchandise per policy.
• Observe unsafe conditions; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Record accidents and monitor shrink; coach to prevent loss.
• Ensure promotional materials are used properly.
• Maintain security and personal appearance guidelines.
• Complete CBT and training packets.
