• Accreditation as a Certified Food Safety Manager or plan to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily labor management and coaching of associates to meet productivity.
• Provide leadership to promote brand culture and customer service.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain safe, clean, and attractive department with high service standards.
• Ensure proper ordering, receiving, and display of merchandise.
• Adhere to policies, regulations and company guidelines.
• Record and report accidents and maintain security.
