Food Lion is seeking a diligent Deli/Bakery HMS Department Leader to oversee daily operations, train and supervise staff, and maintain excellent customer service. You will support labor planning, budgeting, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards across the Deli Bakery HMS area.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and practical knowledge of store operations and merchandising.
