Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS associates.
• Daily labor planning and coaching to meet productivity targets.
• Lead and motivate the store team to reflect our Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Provide friendly, fast, and flexible customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department appearance, quality, variety, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, display, and compliance with policies and guidelines.
