Food Lion seeks a Store Operations professional to support the Deli Bakery HMS Department. You will supervise associates, manage labor, and lead with a focus on fast, friendly service aligned with our brand.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Accredited as a Food Safety Manager or able to achieve accreditation within 90 days.

Mansioni

Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
Daily management of labor and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion Strategy and Brand.
Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
