Food Lion Odenton is seeking a dedicated deli/bakery HMS lead to manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the supervisor's absence. You will coach staff, manage labor, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards while driving customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, cost control, and adherence to company policies to meet financial goals. Training will be provided to ensure smooth operations.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Must be certified as a Food Safety Manager or will obtain accreditation within 90 days of employment.

Mansioni

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture reflecting the brand strategy and values.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure customer service is fast, friendly, and creates a positive shopping experience.
