• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion strategy and brand.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain customer service excellence and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department appearance, safety, sanitation and compliance with policies.
