Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor in Laurel, MD. You will support store operations, supervise the Deli Bakery HMS team in the absence of the Deli Manager, and coach staff to meet productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage daily labor and coach associates to meet productivity expectations.

• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure fast, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Use department knowledge to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Control expenses through proper ordering and inventory handling.
