Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage daily labor and coach associates for productivity.
• Provide leadership to reflect brand strategy and culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain department appearance, sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and safety compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and use tools like ACIS and reports.
