Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS supervisor to support store operations and maintain a strong customer focus. You will lead the deli team, coach associates, manage labor, and help achieve store budgets while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this role you will ensure proper ordering, receiving, and display of deli products, promote our brand culture, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming department for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and promote a culture reflecting the brand strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Guide ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and display per policies.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory shrink and coach staff to reduce losses.
