Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force. You will bridge RF capabilities with AF requirements, collaborating with engineering and business development to demonstrate our StreamCaster radios in airborne, surface, and expeditionary environments.

The role involves frequent field tests, a significant travel commitment, and alignment with DoD procurement paths. Security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field.
• Experience in systems engineering or defense technology roles is required.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsabilités

• Analyze US Air Force priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Develop technical demonstrations for airborne and expeditionary networks.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering teams to align priorities and progress.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer engagements.
