Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios, IP-based routing, or tactical comms systems.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Ability to work in a remote team and travel up to 50% for field tests.

Responsibilities

• Support technical planning, network configuration, and live field trials.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify solution architectures.
• Align with Business Development to meet strategic tech needs.
• Build and present technical demos for airborne and expeditionary networks.
• Perform market research on potential integrations with industry partners.
• Engage with Air Force program offices and labs to gather requirements.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
