Motorola Solutions–Silvus Technologies seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with AF requirements. You’ll work with Engineering and BD teams to demonstrate StreamCaster radios across airborne and ground environments, including field trials and demonstrations.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong engineering background, and the ability to collaborate in a remote team. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Networking Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical/defense experience.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and basic lab tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Support field trials, deployments, and user evaluations for Air Force programs.
• Collaborate with Eng. and BD teams to validate architecture and performance.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and testing plans.
• Engage with DoD stakeholders and demonstrate interoperability of the StreamCaster radios.
• Perform market research for integrations with partners and test end-to-end networks.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
