Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer, US Air Force, to join the Applications Engineering team. You will bridge RF capabilities with Air Force requirements, supporting field trials, demonstrations, and system-level architectures for airborne and expeditionary networks.

You will work with engineers and business developers to translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs, while traveling to customer sites and labs as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years' experience in systems engineering or defense technology roles.

Mansioni

• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to leverage benchmarking data for sound solution architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to meet strategic priorities.
• Build and present technical demos for airborne and expeditionary networking needs.
• Perform market research to identify potential integrations with industry partners.
• Engage with Air Force Program Offices and lead field feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer engagements.
