Silvus Technologies is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM customer needs. You will work with engineering and business development teams to showcase our StreamCaster MANET radios across multi‑domain environments and field-test settings.

Responsibilities include technical demonstrations, requirements mapping, and supporting proposals, with up to 50% travel and a flexible remote option depending on location. Candidates must hold U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and SOF-peculiar requirements.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Support technical needs of the Business Development team.
• Present demonstrations tailored to USSOCOM and components.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and market research.
• Engage with stakeholders across USSOCOM organizations.
