Silvus Technologies seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM customer needs. You will work with Engineering and Business Development to demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster MANET radios across tactical environments.

The role requires up to 50% travel to customer sites and labs, with a 100% remote option depending on location. Candidates should have a related degree and 2–5 years in military tech roles.

Competenze

• Exposure to or working knowledge of Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), IP-based routing protocols, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.

• Assist in analyzing USSOCOM capability gaps and SOF-peculiar requirements.
• Support planning, configuration of networks, and field trials.
• Collaborate to verify proposed architectures are technically sound.
