Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MN-MIMO radio systems, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You’ll travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs, working with engineering and BD teams on demonstrations and proposals.

The role emphasizes field-readiness of the StreamCaster radio portfolio, collaboration across commands, and translating field feedback into product roadmaps. 100% remote option may apply depending on location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field; 2–5 years of systems engineering or defense tech experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map operational needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks, and support field trials and evaluations.
