Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF engineering with USAF requirements. You will support field tests, automate tests, and align technical work with strategic goals, including interfacing with DoD stakeholders across ABMS and ACE programs.

The role requires up to 50% travel, a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain, and US citizenship, with remote work options depending on location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense tech roles; OR HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant tech/defense experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze US Air Force priorities (DAF Battle Network, ACE, ABMS) and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan and execute field trials, Modernizations, and user evaluations with network configurations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to verify architectures and support proposals.
• Engage with Air Force PEOs, AFRL, AFLCMC, TOC-L leads for technical inputs and roadmap translation.
• Travel 25–50% to customer sites, labs, and field tests.
