Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns daily tasks to Sales Associates and Utility workers.
• Greets customers and ensures a positive shopping experience.
• Sorts and grades donations; maintains stocked, high-quality merchandise.
• Operates cash register; keeps lines moving efficiently.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and daily paperwork.
