You will supervise Sales Associates and Utility workers, manage donations flow, and support the Store Manager in maintaining excellent customer service and merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include directing tasks, handling cash, preventing loss, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to direct, assign, and delegate daily job tasks to Team Members.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Willing to obtain forklift license.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns daily tasks to Sales Associates and Utility workers.
• Greets customers and ensures a positive shopping experience.
• Sorts and grades donations; maintains stock of quality merchandise.
• Operates cash register; processes transactions efficiently.
• Maintains store and donation areas with housekeeping and safety.
• Completes opening and closing procedures; deposits and reports.
