Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• TWIC Card and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred or obtainable.
• Alcohol service certification obtainable after training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety of passengers and crew during ferry operations.
• Assist with docking, mooring lines, and vessel handling.
• Sell tickets and manage cash and concessions.
• Provide guest services and safety briefings.
• Comply with SMS, SIs, and company policies.
