DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Dallas area dealership. You will guide customers through vehicle choices, financing options, and the path to ownership, while supporting daily operations.

You’ll open/close the store, handle cash and inventory, and coordinate with a team to ensure consistency and compliance. A high school diploma and 3+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background screening.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers evaluating vehicle options and financing.
• Manage full sales cycle, scheduling appointments and converting visits to sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory audits, and admin tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership processes.
• Collaborate with team and deliver a high quality customer experience.
