Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is hiring for a Dealer Support Associate to serve as the frontline contact for dealers, handling funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding activities with accuracy and adherence to policies. The role emphasizes documenting activity in approved systems and escalating complex issues as needed in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct outbound follow-ups, engage internal departments, and ensure clear communication to resolve open items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in call center, dealer support, or financial services operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to research and resolve funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding inquiries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations applicable to consumer finance.

Responsibilities

• Dealer & Internal Inquiry Support: Serve as the operational first point of contact for dealers and internal partners by managing inbound calls and dealer support inbox requests related to funding, titles, contracts, post-funding activities, and HCA’s consumer portfolio. Research issues, provide accurate and timely onetouch resolutions when possible, elevate complex matters as needed, and document all activity in applicable approved systems.
• Outbound Follow-Up and Issue Resolution: Conduct outbound follow-up with dealers, Sales, internal departments, and external parties to obtain missing information, clarify requests, resolve open items, and ensure consistent communication through issue resolution.
• Documentation & Compliance Support: Review, request, create, and validate documents needed to support dealer and customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and conformance with HCA policies, established procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
