Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in call center, dealer support, or financial services operations.
• Experience in funding, servicing, titles, contracts or post-funding activities preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle dealer and internal inquiries via phone and email with accurate, timely resolutions.
• Research, analyze, and resolve funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding issues.
• Document activity in approved systems and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Prioritize multiple requests in a high-volume support environment.
