Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Manager, Dealer Support to lead the operations team handling dealer inquiries on funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding activities. You’ll optimize processes, maintain high service levels, and drive improvements across departments.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, reporting KPIs to leadership, and ensuring adherence to policies while delivering exceptional dealer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience in a customer service environment.
• 0–2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and KPI execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities and KPI management to drive dealer service.
• Resolve dealer issues, act as escalation point, and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Ensure policy adherence and coordinate internal audits and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and employee engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for collaboration and growth.
