Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Manager, Dealer Support to lead the team serving as the primary contact for dealers. You will manage funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding activities while streamlining processes to ensure best practices across the team.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Funding, Title, Sales, and Field teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in a customer service environment.
• 0-2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to execute and deliver on KPI strategies.
• Experience in service-related disciplines.
• Strong customer-centric approach that meets policies and promotes retention.
• Ability to train and mentor direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities and manage KPIs.
• Provide monthly KPI reports to senior management.
• Coach team on complex dealer scenarios.
• Resolve dealer issues promptly per policy.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Funding, Title, Sales, and Field stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions.
